Terms of Service

By accessing or using SpryeSign, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

SpryeSign provides an electronic signature platform that allows users to send documents for signing, place signing fields, track signing progress, and generate audit trails. The platform is provided on a subscription basis.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SpryeSign. If you are using SpryeSign on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You agree not to use SpryeSign to:

• Upload fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents
• Obtain signatures through coercion, deception, or misrepresentation
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

SpryeSign provides electronic signatures compliant with the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and the EU eIDAS regulation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that electronic signatures are legally valid for your specific use case. SpryeSign does not provide legal advice.

SpryeSign retains all rights to the platform, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation. You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant SpryeSign a limited license to process, store, and transmit your documents solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpryeSign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases, but you may export your data within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
