All documents uploaded to SpryeSign are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. We do not read or analyze the content of your documents beyond what is necessary to provide the signing service.

Documents are stored in your account and accessible only to you and the signers you authorize. Completed documents include a full audit trail for legal compliance.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Signers: Name and email are shared with parties you invite to sign
• Service providers: Trusted vendors who help us operate the platform (cloud hosting, email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights

We retain your account data and documents for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated documents at any time through your account settings. Completed signing audit trails may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable e-signature laws.
